Center (JTC)
It's a process that involves job training and other workshops to help them gain independence. Psychological services, occupational therapy, coaching and social work are part of the process of helping homeless people with the obstacles they face.

Se acompaña a la persona para conseguir o generar un trabajo, dándole seguimiento a sus necesidades y ofreciéndole los apoyos necesarios para poder sostenerlo.

The Production Area represents a Job Training School for those who are being supported by Multipolar. Here they can receive training as well as get in contact with a working environment which suits their circumstances
We generate real job opportunities by combining our customers’ demands (businesses’ or individuals’) with the training and support our service users receive. The result can be seen in our good value for money products.
At the same time, we intend to shift the Multipolar Foundation’s economic sustainability model to one which aims to finance 80% of our operational expenses through the sales of our products in 3 years time

Occupational profile, obstacles and needs of homeless people in CABA, 2023 and 2024. 300 homeless people from different parts of Buenos Aires have participated in this survey. The data collected helped us learn more about what they endure and debunk myths which stigmatize them.
MYTH 1
Homeless people don’t want to work.
34% are currently working.
54% are looking for a job.
98% have job experience.
43% of those who participated in the survey don’t receive any benefit from the government.
69% of those who do, only receive the benefit Porteño Citizenship. It can only be spent on food.

Homeless people rely on welfare.
MYTH 3
Homeless people are
all men.
Whereas 88% of homeless people consider themselves as men, there are 11% women and 1% trans women.
33%finished high school and 8,5%are attending high school.

Homeless people don’t have studies.
